"Empowering Local Women Groups through Life Skills Training so that Economically they can Contribute Meaningfully to the Nations Economic Development".

DOERS AgroServices in partnership with the USAID LGP programme has been tasked to deliver Poultry Training to women groups in Madang, Morobe ,Eastern Highlands, Simbu and Jiwaka province.

Following the training, the women groups will be given 20 x Day Old Chicks🐥cartoons as a start-up to venture in to SME business.

We (DAS) are so grateful & Happy to partner with USAID LGP to deliver quality life-skills training to our mothers and sisters so that they can be productive in our nation's building.

"Empowering Women Groups in Conservation Communities through Livelihood Projects as an SME Start-ups".

In partnership with the USAID Lukautim Graun Program (LGP), DOERS AgroServices delivered poultry training to women groups in conservation communities in Madang province under their Women Empowerment program. Following the training, DAS delivered the first 20 cartoons of Day Old Chicks🐥(DOC) to the women groups. After 5 five weeks, DAS did a follow up site inspection with the USAID team to assess the progress. It was amazing to see how the skills and knowledge taught through the training were actually put into practice by the recipient of the chicken. Now the women groups are selling their chickens and the money collected will be used as a start-up to venture into SME business.

DOERS AgroServices is always happy to support any groups (women, youth, church & CBOs) by providing live-skills (livestock & crops) training.

DOERS AgroServices is honoured to partner🤝with USAID🇺🇲under the Lukautim Graun Program (LGP) to deliver life's skills training (Poultry husbandry) to Women Groups in Madang province. This is a roll out project targeting women groups in Mumase & the Highlands region. At the end of the trainings, DAS will be supplying a total of 100 Day Old Chicks (DOC)🐥 cartons to the women groups as an SME start-up financial activity. These Women groups have already undergone Financial Literary Training and are being certified. DAS will continue the trainings to other women groups in Morobe, Eastern Highlands, Simbu, Jiwaka and the Western Highlands province in the coming weeks.
