F/30 presented 3 months after MVA with femur fracture right with mal union (1st xray).
Distraction device (Ilezorav) applied after osteotomy of the callus. (2nd xray)
Distraction achieved after 3 months on the device and the length of the legs became equal (3rd xray).
Finally, open reduction and internal fixation done with inter- locking knail. (ORIF: ILN). (4th xray)
Patient undergoing physiotherapy now..
