Good night everyone!, my Zumba team " PNG Rhythm Vibes" will be conducting a 1 hour 30 minutes of non-stop Zumba fitness party at Sports Inn on Tuesday morning durring the Public Holiday. If you are interested and have nothing to do, you can come along and join.

I am super proud of these two sisters and seeing them rise in sports representing PNG over the years.
Both were my music and dance student in tbe early 2000. Courtney Abel was my student at Alotau International School - 2005 and Lucy Maino was my student at Gordon International School - 2008.

Yesterday afternoon I attended my FIRST EVER netball game to watch my sis play their grand final match. I was very impressed at the athleticism of the ladies, the strength and the hops?! I was 😮 As an athlete myself, it was indeed hard not to get into it all. I was cheering her and her team on on the sideline along with the rest of the supporters. The 4th quarter ended up on a draw, which found both teams playing extra time.
Congratulations to the Credit Corporation Sparrows for winning yet another grand final match for the fifth consecutive time 🥳💪🏾
