Reporting to the Operations Manager and General Manager. The Executive Chef is responsible for the following;

Purpose of the role:

- To supervise the Culinary team in overseeing and ensuring smooth operations in the kitchen.
- Maintain discipline in the kitchen during working hours.
- Liaising with Management and kitchen team.

Job responsibilities:

- Ensure that the service team adheres and comply to the Company's policies and procedures.
- To prepare and oversee duty rosters.
- Conduct weekly staff meetings and report topics to management
- To maintain and make sure of food consistency as per standard recipes.
- Train and develop staff of standard recipes in the kitchen to maximize performance.
- Ensure the correct quantity of raw material is used in preparations.
- Maintain the hygiene and food safety standards are met in all stages of food preparations.
- Maintain and updating of the Standard Operating Procedures.
- Handle guest and staff complaints in a courteous and effective manner.
- Monitor budget to control expenses in the outlets.
- Ensure all operational activities adhere to relevant legislations, health and safety regulations and licensing conditions.

* Prior experience in Similar Food & Beverage position is required.
