HOW OFTEN SHOULD YOU HAVE A MASSAGE?

FOR RELAXATION
As often as you like! Weekly,monthly or longer - prevention is better than cure so for maximum benefits booking a regular slot is recommended.

FOR PAIN RELIEF
Leave atleast 3 days between massages to allow muscles to recover. Weekly or every two weeks sessions are best until the pain subsides.

FOR RELIEF OF KNOTS
Weekly is advised for atleast 4 weeks to fully Work out the knots,and therafter monthly sessions to prevent them from reoccuring.
