Sa adunay mga gituuhang Pterygium sa ilang mga mata, ayaw na pag duha2 ug dool sa OPD sa TALACOGON DISTRICT HOSPITAL

Ang ato himoon:
1. Makigkita ta sa ato OPD Staff para sa instructions (Mondays thru Fridays 8am-4pm except holidays).
2. Human makita sa ato ophthalmologist inyong mata, hatagan kamo og schedule sa operasyon. Walay fixed schedule.
3. Kini libre og walay bayad, dal-a lang inyong legal na mga dokumento sama sa birth certificate, philhealth, marriage contract (kong minyo) og ID sa adlaw or petsa sa inyong operasyon.

OCTOBER IS BREAST CANCER AWARENESS MONTH.

Sa 2018 data ng Global Cancer Observatory, ang BREAST CANCER ang may ikatlong pinakamataas na mortality rate, kasunod ng liver at lung cancer sa Pilipinas. Ang breast cancer ay ang pangatlo sa most deadly cancer sa ating bansa.

Ang maagang pagtuklas ng sa breast cancer ay mahalaga.

Maagang senyales ng BREAST CANCER na dapat mong malaman:
1. May Bukol sa Suso.
ay bukol ay karaniwan hindi regular ang hugis, matigas, hindi gumagalaw at ang mga ito ay halos walang sakit.

2. Pamumula ng balat sa paligid ng mga suso.
3. Makapal o "Scaly" na Balat
Ang balat sa dibdib ay dapat makinis maliban kung meron kang congenital marking. Kapag ang bahagi ng suso ay makapal o nangangaliskis , maaring early signs ito ng breast cancer.
4. Pangangati o Irritation
5. Dimpling o Umuurong o Nahihila paloob ng balat ang iyong dibdib.
6. May Abnormal na Discharge
7. Masakit, Namamaga at Pabago-bago ang hugis ng Suso.

Maging alerto sa mga sintomas at pumunta agad sa Doctor kung may napansin ka alinmann sa mga ito.

Gawin ang Self-BREAST Examination nang regular.
