For ease of processing, kindly fill out the form properly. Write legibly to avoid error in data encoding. See to it that you have your vital signs done before leaving. Proceed to payment, then fall in line on your designated area, exraction/xray dept. Once done, off to go then come back the following day for the release of medical cert.
We release on same day for those who are from far places, just inform the receiving section. Thank you, Godbless us all. NMC management!❤️
