𝗕𝘂𝘆-𝗕𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗟𝗮𝗺𝘂𝘁 𝗬𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗱𝘀 𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗿 𝗟𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝟯.𝟯𝗠 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗗𝗿𝘂𝗴 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗔𝗿𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱

Lamut, Ifugao – The Ifugao Police Provincial Director PCOL MARVIN S DIPLAT announced this morning of December 14, 2023 the seizure of two (2) pcs transparent heat-sealed plastic sachet suspected to be shabu, seventeen (17) pieces of dried leaves and fruiting tops of suspected ma*****na bricks, ten (10) pieces elongated form of suspected dried ma*****na leaves and fruiting tops including the arrest of four (4) high value target drug suspects following a buy-bust operation in Poblacion East, Lamut, Ifugao.

The suspects are four male individuals from Poblacion, Cabanatuan City with ages 26, 29, 22 and 19 years old.

Police report showed that joint operatives of Lamut MPS (lead unit) together with Ifugao PDEU, PIU, 1501st MC RMFB 15, 1st IPMFC, Kalinga PDEU, RIU-14 and PDEA Ifugao conducted buy-bust/entrapment operation in front of Lamut Cemetery located at Poblacion East, Lamut, Ifugao that led to the arrest of the suspects and the confiscations of drug evidence with an estimated overall total of Php 3,321,600.00 and other non-drug evidence.

Photographs, markings, and inventory of the recovered pieces of evidence were done on-site in the presence of the arrested suspects duly witnessed by Mr. James P Rodolfo Sr., Mr. Robert Huliganga who are both Barangay Officials of Poblacion East, Lamut Ifugao and Mr. Christian P Quilon, Media representative. Seized items suspected to be shabu will be turned over to Ifugao Crime Laboratory for chemical analysis and confirmatory test.
The arrested drug suspects will be charged with violation of sections 5 (selling) and 11 (possession) under Article II of RA 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 as amended by RA 10640.

“This is a stern warning of our serious and continuous efforts together with the active participation of the community that the PNP will continue its unwavering efforts to eradicate all forms of crimes particularly its campaign against illegal drug activities and will always be relentless in putting criminals behind bars for the safety of our community.”, said PD PCOL DIPLAT and congratulated his men for a job well done.

Mechanics and Guidelines
1. Open ONLY to residents of Alfonso Lista, Ifugao
2. Categories:
Children (6-12)
Teens (13-19)
Adults/Senior Citizens (20 and above)

3. Registration - Contestants can register at the above link, or walk-in at the Mun. Tourism Office. Deadline for registration is on December 11, 3 pm. We appreciate that you register early for better management of the activity.
4. Song Selection - Contestants can choose any song except the following: songs with curse words, songs promoting violence, discrimination and obscenity.
5. Accompaniment - musical instrument or minus-one/backing track. Bring the musical instrument or minus-one in USB or CP for technical check-up/ set-up one hour before the contest time.
6. Attire – presentable and jives to your genre; level up to the finals.
7. There will be elimination, semi -finals and finals for this contest.
8. The registration table for the contestant’s # will be open 1 hour before the competition.
9. Judging Criteria –
Vocal quality (pitch, tone, clarity) 60%
Stage presence, performance,
Interpretation and expression: 20%
Audience engagement, Overall impression: 20%
Total 100%

3. 2nd Runner-Up

1) These guidelines and mechanics are subject to adjustments as needed for the smooth conduct of the contest activities. NOTICES WILL BE FORWARDED.
2) The judges' decisions are final and irrevocable. Any form of disrespect or inappropriate behavior may result in disqualification. The event aims to promote a festive and inclusive atmosphere for the community to enjoy.
