MID LEVEL MANAGEMENT TRAINING ON NATIONAL IMMUNIZATION PROGRAM

Thirty-six (36) participants from different cities, municipalities, and provinces of Region III had their practicum at Rural Health Unit III earlier today to wrap up their 4 day training on Mid Level Management on National Immunization Program

It was indeed a fruitful discussion, sharing the best practices and innovations of CSFP RHU III.

𝗕𝗔𝗞𝗨𝗡𝗔𝗗𝗢’𝗧 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗧𝗘𝗞𝗧𝗔𝗗𝗢𝗡𝗚 𝗙𝗘𝗥𝗡𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗜𝗡𝗢: 𝗖𝗦𝗙𝗣 𝗕𝗘𝗚𝗜𝗡𝗦 𝗥𝗢𝗟𝗟𝗢𝗨𝗧 𝗢𝗙 ‘𝗕𝗔𝗞𝗨𝗡𝗔 𝗘𝗦𝗞𝗪𝗘𝗟𝗔’ — The Rural Health Unit III kicks-off the school-based immunization (SBI) program of the government, commencing the two-month activity in Santa Lucia Integrated School (SIS) - August 07, 2025, City of San Fernando West Integrated School (CSFWIS) - August 11, 2025, San Nicolas Integrated School (SNIS) - August 12, 2025, Pandaras Integrated School (P*S) - August 14, 2025.

Primary level pupils under grades one and seven received their MR and Td vaccines as protection against Measles-Rubella and Tetanus Diphtheria, respectively. Female pupils under the fourth grade, on the other hand, were inoculated with HPV as a prevention measure versus human papillomavirus and cervical cancer, respectively.
