Please be informed that medical forms and laboratory request slips will be distributed immediately after the upcoming orientation session.

The orientation will cover important information about the health requirements, including instructions on how to fill out the forms correctly, and the list of required laboratories.

Introducing our new Emergency Response Group at UA-LC! Our goal is to enhance the safety and security of our campus. As we prepare for our Intramurals, we are ensuring that everything is ready.
We believe their presence is crucial for ensuring the safety of our athletes.

The Health Services Unit is currently seeking dedicated individuals who are willing to extend their service to the University. With the steady growth of our student body and workforce, the need for strengthened health and safety support likewise has increased.
Given this, we are opening opportunities for 10 student volunteers to become members of the Emergency Response Group (ERG). Your voluntary participation in this initiative would be of great value to the University community.
Interested students are kindly requested to submit their full name and complete personal details for profiling and official record purposes.
We sincerely appreciate your willingness to be part of this important endeavor.

Attention to all incoming First Year students:
Acceptance of your medical requirements will start from August 4 to August 11, 2025, from 8 AM to 4 PM. Please proceed to the UALC clinic and look for our School Nurse.

Note:Please photocopy all copies of your laboratory results and medical form, except for the X-ray results, and please put all of these inside a brown envelope.

Happening today at the University of Antique Libertad Campus, everyone is excited—especially our incoming freshmen. Yes, they are now taking their first step as they queue for their X-ray procedure. Their health is very important to us above all else. One of our goals is to provide our students with a healthier and safer learning environment. We also look into how we can assist our dear parents to save for their children's medical requirements.(Karamay nio po kami lagi mga mahal naming magulang .)
Making things lighter, easier, and more bearable! No need to go far or spend a lot... Yes, we are doing our best to provide quality health services. (sa abot ng aming makakaya💪💪💪💪)
