I worked in a BPO company started as a call center agent, then, climbed my way up as the group/team lead for a German company. When I reached 40 years old, I noticed the drastic weight loss and to defecate or excrete was a big challenge. Meaning, my bowel movement was irregular and I was depended with laxative substances.
