Words can hardly describe the experience… it was truly amazing. 3 days & 2 nights of mindfulness, grounding, sincere connections, healing, laughter, and meditation that we shared on May 22–24 at the beautiful Canimog Island in Cam Norte, Bicol. 🌿

Deep gratitude as well to the behind-the-scenes effort ~ the preparation, long hours, and heart that went into making this “Inner Peace Gathering” happen. It truly took a village.
