Honestly, many people have been asking me how to get abs thru my years of training. Well, all of us have abs and only by lowering our body fat percentage can we see them. For our abs to be visible we would need atleast a body fat percentage of 14% for men and 19% for women. Women naturally carry more fat than men because of the hormone estrogen.

Several studies have shown that drinking coffee ☕️ with a meal decreases iron absorption which is essential for our bodies to make healthy red blood cells to transport oxygen.

✅Recommendation

The good news for coffee lovers,(like me) is to drink coffee 1 hour after a meal or 1 hour before a meal. ☕️❤️
