• Kapag kulang sa tubig ang katawan.
• Kapag mabilis o malakas ang pag ihi.
• Kapag may natirang toilet cleaner sa inidoro.
Karaniwan, mabilis nawawala ang bula.

🔹Kailan dapat mag ingat.
• Kapag halos araw araw may bula.
• Kapag makapal at matagal mawala ang foam.
• Kapag may kasamang pamamanas, madaling mapagod, mataas na BP, o mataas na blood sugar.

🔹Ano ang posibleng dahilan.
• Maaaring may protina sa ihi.

🔹Ano ang nangyayari sa katawan
• Sa unang oras, ginagamit ang stored glucose
• Pag naubos ito, lilipat sa fat bilang fuel
• Normal ito sa maayos na fasting
• Pero habang humahaba, tumataas ang risk kung kulang sa gabay

🔹Bakit may risk
• Electrolytes tulad ng sodium, potassium, magnesium puwedeng bumaba. Ito ang dahilan ng hilo, panghihina, palpitations
• Kung kulang ang protina sa eating days, puwedeng gumamit ng muscle ang katawan bilang fuel
• Kung poor ang food quality, puwedeng magkulang sa vitamins at minerals
