THE PAUSE is a special wellness business that mainly offers a unique sauna and spa for deep relaxation. While refreshing the body, our services provide benefits for cardiovascular health that resemble those derived from exercise. Our main service, Sauna, is a therapeutic, heated, enclosed, wood-lined room to steam the body in the healthiest way. The intense heat generated within the sauna encourag

es detoxifying perspiration, relief from aches and pains, and deep relaxation. Not only that, we also offer full use of Jacuzzi, hot and cold shower, access to all kinds of Kiln, common/lounge area, photobooth, and our Bar Cup which serves a variety of food and beverage of the business. THE PAUSE is the perfect place for health enthusiasts, as well as travelers, outbound tourists, and even local residents who aims to relieve stress in an ambient and peaceful environment. Considering the modern era for markets who are into the trends of the 21st century, THE PAUSE adopted Korean garment “Yangmeori Towel” done in jjimjilbang, the Korean Sauna. Not to set aside, this business also intends to promote the Filipino Culture through its interior display which includes Baybayin—a Philippine script used as writing system by early Filipinos. Aside from that, our Bar Cup mainly offers filipino delicacies such as the Special Lomi, Silogs, Halo-halo, Barako Coffee, and our very own Barako Cupcake to welcome our guests. Consciously, our customers could discern the filipino traditions and values, upon their pause! Our Mission:
