CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (Inbound Account)
Requirements:
Educational Qualification: College Degree, Undergrads(minimum of 2 years in college), Associate Degree/Vocational Course(2 years)
Age: 18 years old and above
Amenable to work in a shifting schedule
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
6 months to 1 year call center experience
Typing Speed of 30 wpm or higher
Technical Skills is an advantage
JAPANESE SPEAKING CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree any field.
Required language(s): English, Japanese
Age: 18 years old and above
Good computer navigation skills
Typing Speed of 30 wpm or higher
Amenable to work in a shifting schedule
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
