🦟 ALERT: CHIKUNGUNYA VIRUS 🦟
Hindi lang dengue ang dala ng lamok — may Chikungunya din!

Ito ay viral infection na nakukuha sa kagat ng infected na Aedes mosquito (same lamok na may dengue at Zika).

📌 Karaniwang Sintomas:
✔️ Biglaang mataas na lagnat
✔️ Matinding pananakit ng kasu-kasuan (lalo sa kamay at paa)
✔️ Ulo at muscle pain
✔️ Skin rashes
✔️ Pananakit ng mata o pamumula

Wala pang gamot o bakuna sa Chikungunya. Kadalasang gumagaling ang pasyente, pero minsan tumatagal ang joint pain ng ilang linggo o buwan.

🛡️ Paano makaiwas?
🔸 Iwasan ang kagat ng lamok — gumamit ng insect repellent
🔸 Alisin ang stagnant water sa paligid
🔸 Panatilihing malinis ang bahay at bakuran

💬 Magpatingin agad kung may sintomas!
