The SABATABATU Health Og-ogbo PIR cm Turnover 2026 was held on February 19, 2026 at Estrella del Mar, Sta. Lucia, Ilocos Sur, bringing together member municipalities of Sabangan, Bauko, Tadian, and Barlig (Mountain Province), along with Tubo, Abra. The activity fostered collaboration, reflection, and strengthened partnership among local health leaders. During the turnover ceremony, the Municipality of Barlig, host for 2025, formally handed over the key of responsibility to Tubo, Abra as the next host.
