A simple reminder❤
7 Natural Doctors 😊🍏☘️
1.Dr. SUN 🌄- at least 10-15 mins 3x a week between 10am-2pm. At ung 10am to 2pm ang usual time na intense ang init ni Dr. Sun na makakatulong sa atin maka produce ng Vitamin D.
2.Dr. WATER 💧- 1/2 glass of water every hour with 5 drops of lemon/calamansi. Or 8 to 10 glasses a day. WATER po ha. Hindi juice. Hindi kape. Hindi softdrinks. WATER! Kung hindi naman talaga uhaw, doon advisable ang 1/2 glass lang dahil ung sobra doon at ilalabas lang din ng katawan mo.
3.Dr. AIR 🌬- inhale 7 counts/exhale 7 counts 10x after waking Up and b4 going to sleep.. The best din ito kapag bad trip ka or emotional.
4.Dr. SLEEP 😴 -atleast 7-8 hours for adults. The room should be dark and no gadgets before going to sleep. Iwasan gumamit ng cellphone para magpa antok. dahil imbes na magpahinga na ang mata, tenga, at utak mo, pinagoovertime mo pa sila.
5.Dr. EXERCISE🏃♂- atleast 15-30 mins daily + pagpapawis like paglilinis ng bahay, etc..
6.DR.DIET🥑🍋- Go, Grow, Glow Food! Bawasan ang maalat, matamis, maanghang. Umiwas sa mga instant na pagkain at pampalasa.
7.Dr. Laughter/Energy ⚡-stabilizing, grounding rebalance. Everything around us is energy. Wag hayaang masira ang araw mo. Umaga pa lang dapat positive outlook na. Hayaan mong si Lord ang mag handle ng mga problema mo. Tiwala lang. A HAPPY HEART IS A HEALTHY HEART!
