Feb. 17, 2026 | University of Nueva Caceres School of Law, Naga City in partnership with Sustained Health Initiatives of the Philippines - Naga City Site conducted HIV Screening and offered HIV Self-Testing Kits, free access to condoms, and PrEP information during the “SALINLAHI” UNC Lawnight 2026 held at Villa Caceres Hotel, Naga City.

This initiative continues to promote awareness, prevention, and access to essential HIV services among the youth and future leaders.

The case finder of the Sustained Health Initiatives of the Philippines - SHIP Legazpi City Site joins the Bicol University College of Engineering - College Student Council for SAFEGUARD: Sexual Awareness, Facts, Education, and Guarding Against Risk & Disease.

The discussion focuses on important topics such as HIV Prevention, STIs, Myths & Misconceptions, risk prevention and the importance of youth participation in sexual health program. Together with GAYON Albay LGBT Organization Inc. and GentleMen Bicol for Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights, Inc. they offered also FREE AND CONFIDENTIAL HIV Screening and Counseling during the said event.

In celebration of the International Condom Day and Valentines Day the 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐦𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐇𝐈𝐕 𝐓𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐭𝐡 was made possible with the efforts of Student Alliance for Gender Equality - IPESR, GAYON Albay LGBT Organization Inc. and Sustained Health Initiatives of the Philippines - SHIP under Protects Upscale Bicol. With special participation of Dr. Noel R. Rafer the Director of Bicol University Center for Gender and Development.

Central Bicol State University of Agriculture, in partnership with Sustained Health Initiative of the Philippines – Naga City Site, conducted an SOGIESC, HIV, and AIDS awareness talk titled “SAFE Tayo” in celebration of International Condom Day.

The whole-day event was actively participated in by CBSUA students. Free and confidential HIV screening was offered during the event, along with free condoms and lubricants to promote safer and healthier communities.
