📢 We're Hiring @ Mateo's Diagnostic Clinic and General Hospital Inc.
We are looking for dedicated and hardworking individuals to fill the following positions:
1️⃣ Driver (1 Vacant Position)
📌 Responsibilities:
Safely transport staff, patients, and hospital supplies.
Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of the company vehicle.
Follow traffic laws and hospital protocols.
Assist in loading and unloading items when needed.
📌 Qualifications:
Valid professional driver’s license. NC2 Training an advantage
At least 1-2 years of driving experience (preferably in a hospital or corporate setting) is an advantage.
Familiarity with routes in Manila, QC and Bulacan.
Physically fit and willing to work flexible hours.
Smart, Proactive and have a great sense of responsibility.
2️⃣ Data Encoder (1 Vacant Position)
📌 Responsibilities:
Accurately input and update hospital records, patient data, and reports.
Maintain data confidentiality and security.
Verify and ensure data accuracy before submission.
Assist in clerical tasks of other areas as needed.
📌 Qualifications:
At least a college graduate (or college level) in IT, Business, or Medical field.
Very Good Customer Orientation Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
3️⃣ Business Office Staff (2 Vacant Position)
📌 Responsibilities:
Assist in handling patient billing, insurance claims, and hospital transactions.
Provide excellent customer service to patients and clients.
Process and organize financial documents and records.
Coordinate with other hospital departments for administrative tasks.
📌 Qualifications:
At least a college graduate (or college level) in IT, Business, or Medical field.
Experience in hospital billing, accounting, or customer service is an advantage.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of hospital operations and insurance processes is a plus.
