Today I paused and asked myself, “What day is it again?” And as I looked back on the week, I felt this deep wave of gratitude wash over me—because somehow, every day this week carried the lightness and joy of a weekend.

Monday felt like a Friday.
Tuesday, like a carefree Saturday.
Wednesday, like a quiet, soulful Sunday.
And Thursday felt like Friday again.

It’s as if I’ve been living in a rhythm where every day holds the ease and spaciousness we usually reserve for the weekend. But this isn’t just about rest or doing less—it’s about something deeper.

It’s a balance.
It’s a quiet kind of discipline.

To reach this space, I’ve had to lean into routine—not in a rigid way, but in a way that holds me, anchors me. And inside that structure, I’ve found room for joy. I’ve learned to soften into the tasks, and somehow, what used to feel like “work” now feels like something I get to do.

There’s a sense of growth in this rhythm. A quiet joy in the discipline. And a deepening of trust in the small, consistent choices I make each day.

This week, life has felt spacious and purposeful. And I’m just so grateful to be here, living these beautiful moments as they unfold.

Great to be home🩵

Everything you see here might look “normal,” but they’re silent saboteurs.
White bread. Toast. Pizza. Salad dressings. Fruit juices. Energy drinks.

These ultra-processed refined carbs are loaded with hidden sugars, fillers, additives, carrageenan, seed oils, and high-fructose corn syrup.

➡️ They spike your glucose.
➡️ They elevate insulin.
➡️ They trigger fatigue, weight gain, hormone imbalance, and long-term metabolic damage.

Don’t be fooled. Even one here and there adds up daily.

🩸❤️🌸
Humility is the foundation of true expertise.
Before becoming a practitioner who could guide others, I had to stumble, learn, and make mistakes. I still do—because growth doesn’t stop once you’re “experienced.” The real work is staying open, learning from every loss, and staying humble no matter how far you’ve come.

👩‍🦳But today isn’t about me.
It’s about the women I work with—women in different stages of life, navigating the complexities of their hormones, their cycles, their bodies, their emotions, and their identity. Women who choose to lean into healing, even when it’s hard.

🥳This post is a celebration.
🏆A celebration of quiet wins, deep breakthroughs, and the kind of transformation that happens when a woman chooses to believe in her body again. These messages—they’re not just kind words. They’re proof of resilience, trust, effort, and inner strength.

❤️❤️To every woman doing the work: I see you.
And I’m honored to walk alongside you.

‼️Hot flashes, anxiety, insomnia, mood swings… and no clear answers?
➡️Here’s what no one’s telling you:
✅Estrogen may not be the problem. Progesterone is often the first hormone to crash — long before estrogen truly declines.
And yet, everything you’re told to fix is “low estrogen.”

But what if we’ve been looking in the wrong direction?
Dr. Jerilynn Prior’s research shows that estrogen can be high and erratic in perimenopause — while progesterone is quietly disappearing.

If you’ve been googling symptoms, trying supplements, following every hormone expert online (including me!) — but still feeling stuck…

Let’s talk. I’m offering a completely free, no-pressure, 30-minute consultation.
Let’s get to the root of what’s really going on with your hormones — so you can finally start to feel like yourself again.

✍️DM me “PERIMENOPAUSE” to claim your free session.
You don’t have to do this alone.❤️

I was watching a video of the Dalai Lama the other day, and something he said really moved me. He talked about how one of the most important things we should never forget is that inner sense of quality we all have—our basic goodness. That every human being has this natural sense of warmth, affection, care, community, and personal responsibility.

And I don’t know… it just hit me how easy it is to lose sight of that these days. We live in such a self-focused world now—especially with social media, where we’re constantly showing the best parts of our lives.

But life isn’t just about collecting experiences or showing off our wins. I really believe we’re here to share. To share what we’ve learned, to pass on whatever wisdom we’ve gathered along the way.

If we can help each other avoid more unnecessary pain or struggle—why wouldn’t we? I believe in self-preservation, not in a selfish way, but in a way that says, “Hey, I’ve been there. Let me tell you what helped me.” That kind of human connection means so much.

I’ve always had such a deep love for Tibetan culture. Ever since I was a little kid in the ‘80s, flipping through old Nat Geo magazines, something about it just pulled me in. It stayed with me all these years.

I feel really lucky that for the last 20 years of my adult life, I’ve had chances to travel through India and Nepal and be exposed to Tibetan heritage up close. It’s shaped me. It’s humbled me. And now, more than ever, I want to keep learning and find ways to give back—especially to the Tibetan community in Nepal. That feels really important to me. Like something I’m meant to do. ❤️🪷

🍽️🍳🥩🍗🍖We often don’t realize how much the food we eat shapes the way we feel.
🥗Food literally creates mood!

✅Certain foods help build key neurotransmitters like serotonin — the chemical behind happiness, calm, and better sleep.

In this post, I’m showing you examples of high-tryptophan foods (like salmon and eggs) that support serotonin naturally.

➡️But it’s not just about protein — you also need small portions of healthy carbs to help tryptophan reach your brain. Too much carb? It spikes insulin. The right amount? It boosts your mood and focus.

🥗✅And don’t forget to load up on colorful veggies for extra fiber, antioxidants, and gut support!

Balanced plates = balanced mood.

20 Photos. 20 Thoughts. One Mountain. Me 👩🏻

➡️These are highlights from my trek to Mardi Himal—each photo carrying a little bubble of insight I gained along the way.

Two days of intense altitude sickness hit me hard—something I never thought I’d experience. I’ve always seen myself as healthy, balanced, and strong: no perimenopause symptoms, no hot flashes, solid gut health, and a lifestyle that supports wellness. But this wasn’t just physical. It felt energetic. Emotional. Deep.

‼️I realized I had a lot of fear—fear I had neatly avoided by staying comfortable. My life has been warm, cozy, familiar. But on this trek, I voluntarily walked into discomfort. I handed over control and chose to challenge every part of me that I usually protect.

I faced:
• My fear of heights, walking along narrow ridges.
• 6–8 hours of relentless uphill trekking each day.
• Climbing the equivalent of 143 flights of stairs in one day.
• Sleeping in negative temperatures, thin walls, and shared silence (plus snoring and farting neighbors).😅
• The same limited food options for days, just enough to nourish and keep going.
• A cold that gnawed at my bones—far from the warm, beachy climates I’m used to.

🏔️☀️This wasn’t just a physical climb—it was a spiritual one. The biggest reward wasn’t the view at the top (although breathtaking), but the shift inside me. I saw how limiting beliefs truly hold us back. And not in a motivational-quote way—but in the most real, raw, human way.

➡️❤️You don’t need to trek to 4,000 meters to feel this shift. But if there’s something you’ve been putting off because of fear—maybe now is the time. Because on the other side of that fear is a version of you that you’ve never met… and she’s powerful.

So here they are:
20 moments, 20 lessons, and 20 reminders of how capable we really are.

Your gut does more than just digest food—it controls your hormones, mood, and energy. But your everyday habits could be silently breaking it down. Those little snacks add up, just like stress everyday adds up. And did you know women are more prone to stress-related gut issues due to our hormone fluctuations. Chronic stress raises cortisol, leading to bloating, slow digestion, and leaky gut.

Antibiotics, birth control, and NSAIDs kill off beneficial gut bacteria, leading to dysbiosis. Many women don’t realize how this impacts their digestion, mood, and periods.

The most overlooked gut destroyer are pesticides and toxic chemicals —Glyphosate, pesticides, and heavy metals from food, water, and beauty products slowly degrade gut health. They accumulate, leading to inflammation and gut permeability.

By simply reducing or going all out and completely eliminating these from your life and body will do wonders for your health and mental wellbeing. ❤️☀️🌹
