This Valentineโ€™s Day, love was felt not just between people, but also in the care extended to our furry companions. โค๏ธ๐Ÿ’› Through Project Puangod, a collaborative pet vaccination activity, we came together with a shared goal of promoting responsible pet ownership and raising awareness on proper animal health and disease prevention within the community.

With the dedication and support of our members, the activity became a meaningful step toward protecting animal welfare while also safeguarding public health. Beyond vaccinations, it was about educating pet owners, encouraging preventive care, and strengthening the bond between the community and their animals.

This National Hazing Prevention Week, the Venerable Knight Veterinarians Fraternity and the Venerable Lady Veterinarians Sorority stand in solidarity with the nationwide call to end all forms of hazing. As organizations built on honor, service, and compassion, we reaffirm our commitment to fostering a culture where dignity, respect, and genuine brotherhood and sisterhood thrive.

The second week of February marks the countryโ€™s continuing efforts to strengthen awareness and prevent hazing-related harm. This observance reminds us that no tradition, initiation, or rite should ever put anyone at risk โ€” physically, emotionally, or mentally. Hazing has no place in organizations built on trust, teamwork, and shared values.
