Dr. Pablo, a Diplomate of the Philippine Board of Ophthalmology and a Fellow of the Philippine Academy of Ophthalmology obtained his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Santo Tomas Faculty of Medicine and Surgery. He completed his post-graduate internship and residency training in ophthalmology at the University of Santo Tomas Hospital.

As a general ophthalmologist at our eye clinic, Dr. Pablo is an accredited physician with the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation. He is also an associate member of the Asia Pacific Association of Cataract and Refractive Surgery and the Asia Pacific Glaucoma Society.
