During the pandemic, bukod sa natural na 'kong matakaw at tamad mag-exercise, eh nagka-depression pa 'ko. Because of these circumstances, I gained so much weight. I tried to lose some of it, but I always failed... until nakita ko yung advertisement ng Ultra Green Coffee sa Facebook wall ko.

Nung una, alangan ako i-try yung mga coffees nila kasi marami na 'kong na-take na 'slimming' coffee / juice and 'slimming' pills, but most of them didn't work or a few worked pero may negative side effects naman, which forced me to stop taking them.

But since desperate na 'ko to lose weight and become healthy, I gave Ultra Green Coffee a shot. Unang packet pa lang bongga na ng effect! I took it 30 minutes before meal as per its packaging instruction, tapos hindi ako nagcrave or nagutom for 11 hours after my first meal!

On top of that, masasarap pa, di lasang gamot. Sabi ko, kapag consistent ang effect ng mga coffees sa 'ken, gawin ko 'tong negosyo.

And as you can see sa before & after photos ko, their coffees really work wonders on me! Nagulat talaga ako. Never ako naamaze sa kahit anong slimming products before, first time 'to!

1. Coffee Acidity: Most coffee varieties are acidic, with an average pH value of 4.85 to 5.10. The brewing process releases several major acids that contribute to coffee's unique flavor profile.
- Here are the nine major acids found in coffee, listed from highest concentration to lowest:
- Chlorogenic
- Quinic
- Citric
- Acetic
- Lactic
- Malic
- Phosphoric
- Linoleic
- Palmitic

2. Factors Affecting Coffee Acidity:
- Roasting: The degree of roasting affects acidity. Lighter roasts tend to be higher in acidity, while darker roasts are lower.
