Ano ang Amoebiasis?

Ito ay isang impeksyon sa bituka na dulot ng
parasite na Entamoeba histolytica. Ito ay kadalasang nakukuha sa maruming tubig o pagkain na kontaminado ng dumi ng tao.

Ang mga sintomas ay madalas at malabnaw na pagdumi, dumi na may dugo o plema, pagsusuka at pananakit ng tiyan, Lagnat, panghihina at biglang pagbaba ng ng timbang

Paano maiiwasan ang pagkakaroon ng Amoebiasis?

✅ Pag inom ng malinis na tubig
✅ Pagiwas sa pagkain ng mga street food at hilaw na gulay na hindi sigurado kung nahugasan ng maayos
✅ Maghugas ng kamay bago kumain at
pagkatapos gumamit ng palikuran

Magpatingin agad sa doktor kung:

✅ Madalas ang pagdumi o may dugo sa dumi
✅ Ayaw kumain o uminom
✅ May senyales ng dehydration

Ang kalinisan ay proteksyon laban sa sakit.
Ingat sa tubig, ingat sa pagkain - iwas Amoebiasis!

Hello parents! Let’s talk about Chicken pox or Varicella.

Chicken pox or Varicella is a highly contagious but Vaccine-preventable disease that causes fever and an itchy, red, blistering rash.

What are the symptoms?
✅Fever
✅Tiredness
✅Loss of appetite
✅Headache
✅ Itchy red rash
→ turns into blisters
→ scabs over

Chicken pox lasts for about 7-10 days, Most contagious 1-2 days before rash are over.

How it spreads?

✅ Coughing or sneezing
✅ Direct contact with rash or fluid from bisters
✅ Airborne transmission

1st dose: 12-15 months
2nd dose: 4-6 years old
