I was diagnosed with PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome) BOTH OVARIES ko na ang may pcos more than 12 cyst grabe diba? at NGAYON KO LANG NALAMAN. (May 14,2019) Wala akong kaalam alam kasi WALA NAMAN AKONG NARARAMDAMAN. Ganon naman tayo diba, hindi magpapa check up kapag walang pain na nraramdaman. Wag na wag nyong babalewalain yung changes na nangyayari sa katawan nyo, girls. PCOS IS NOT A JOKE.

PCOS is a “syndrome,” or group of symptoms that affects the ovaries and ovulation.

In PCOS, many small, fluid-filled sacs grow inside the ovaries. The word “polycystic” means “many cysts.”

Aware ako tungkol sa PCOS, pero hindi ko naisip na pwede pala sakin mangyari yun. Dahil wala naman ako problema kung regular ba yung mens ko o hindi, Pero tuwing napapatingin ako sa salamin, napapaisip ako na "bakit parang ang laki ng tinaba ko ngayon, at yung pimples ko pabalik balik" Yung pagtaba ko ng mabilis from 49kg to 55kg, akala ko dahil lang sa sobrang pagkakain ko, naalala ko last year nag break out tlaga pimples ko as in grabe! Akala ko sa pagpupuyat, stress, at sa nakakain ko, may time na regular yung mens ko, tas biglang wala ng 1month, yun pala may mali na tlaga. Sabi ko pa okay lang yan, pero hindi pala dapat ganun.

The most common PCOS symptoms are:
-Irregular periods
-Acne
-Excessive hair growth
-Falling hair
-Headaches
-Insomia
-Blurred vision
-Darkening of the skin
-Heavy bleeding
-Depression

Yung mga kagaya ko na may polycystic o***y syndrome are at increased risk sa serious complications, some of which can be life threatening, Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular disease, Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, high risk din sa ovarian and breast cancer.

Pero wag tayo panghinaan ng loob, samahan natin ng pagdadasal na mawawala din 'to! Yes mahirap magbuntis ang mga babaeng may PCOS, pero tulungan natin yung sarili nating mawala 'to. We should maintain a healthy lifestyle by eating right and exercising regularly. Kelangan kona tlaga kumain ng mga masusustansya, hindi nadin ako tatamadin mag exercise. Kasabay non ng pag inom ng gamot na irereseta sayo, Contraceptive pills this will help reverse the hormonal imbalance, favoring estrogen predominance, and results in regular predictable me**es.
