The 2 month quarantine should have been enough to ready ourselves and our immune system for this battle.. We should have been a little bit more conscious and protective with our body system.. If not, you should.

Tea beats any alternative morning drink. Whether you start your morning with coffee or orange juice, tea is better than both.
True, it doesn’t have the vitamin C of orange juice, but it has a lot of other health benefits and far more of them. And apart from fresh-squeezed juice, most juices are actually quite unhealthy.
And true, it doesn’t have as much caffeine as coffee, but it actually gives you a much better boost in the morning.

Well mine? I drink tea twice in a day! One in the morning and the other on the afternoon during the “sleepy” hour. And most of all, it’s below 5 calories.. Whoah?!!!
