Dr. Celera-Cudal graduated from the College of Dentistry at the University of the East in 1987, where she was a board placer, showcasing her exemplary skills and knowledge in the field of dentistry.
With extensive training at the Department of Health (DOH) and experience as an academic at Centro Escolar University, Dr. Celera-Cudal has honed her expertise and commitment to dental education. Her dedication to advancing her skills led her to work in Saudi Arabia, where she specialized in endodontics, further enhancing her proficiency in root canal treatments and other dental procedures.
In 1999, Dr. Celera-Cudal established her own dental clinic in Cagayan de Oro, and for the past 37 years, she has been passionately serving patients with the highest level of care and professionalism. Her clinic, Above Dental Care, is equipped with state-of-the-art dental technology, ensuring that every patient receives top-notch treatment in a comfortable and modern setting.
