1️⃣ 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆-𝗮𝗰𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗣𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗮 😷 - 𝐏𝐧𝐞𝐮𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐚 contracted by a person outside of the healthcare system. This is also the 𝗠𝗢𝗦𝗧 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗠𝗢𝗡 type!

𝐏𝐧𝐞𝐮𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐚 is a serious illness that affects the lungs, and it is the leading cause of death among children around the world, according to the World Health Organization (WHO).

Every year, it is estimated that 1.2 million children under the age of 5 die from 𝐏𝐧𝐞𝐮𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐚, which makes up around 18% of all deaths in this age group. Unfortunately, the majority of these deaths occur in countries that have lower income levels.

In the Philippines, 𝐏𝐧𝐞𝐮𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐚 is the third most common cause of death for people of all ages, but it is particularly concerning for children under the age of 5. In fact, it is the most common cause of death among this age group in the country.

The highest incidence of 𝐏𝐧𝐞𝐮𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐚 is seen in babies who are between 28 days and 12 months old. It is important to understand the severity of this illness, particularly in developing countries, and take appropriate measures to prevent and treat 𝐏𝐧𝐞𝐮𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐚.
