Skipping breakfast might seem like a time-saver, but it can negatively impact your health. ๐Ÿฝ๏ธ Studies show that regularly skipping breakfast is linked to increased risks of high blood sugar, poor concentration, and overeating later in the day. โ€ผ๏ธ๐Ÿ™‚โ€โ†”๏ธ

A study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition found that skipping breakfast can lead to higher calorie intake later on, contributing to weight gain. Another study in the Journal of Physiology linked breakfast to better metabolism and cognitive function.
