Delicious holiday recipe by . Mango Float is a traditional Filipino dessert during holidays, but not a healthy choice due to high amount of sugar and cream, this doesn't mean you have to skip out on eating this indulgent dessert!
Today, I will share with you my nutritious and healthy Mango Float Recipe using Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix! It has 9g of protein, minerals, fiber, and vitamins A, C, and E!

-Healthy Chia Mango Float-
For Graham Crust Substitute:
1/3 cup Almonds
1/4 cup Instant Oats
Mixture:
1/2 cup Chia Seeds
2 scoops Herbalife Formula 1 Shake Mix (French Vanilla)
3/4 cup Milk of your choice
Topping
1 medium size Ripe Mango
50ml Plain Yogurt
Procedure:
1. In a food processor or blender, combine almonds and instant oats. Coarse blend.
2. Combine chia seeds, Herbalife French Vanilla Formula 1 Shake Mix and Milk. Stir and let it sit for 8-10 minutes.
3. In a glass, layer almond-oats mixture, chia seed mixture, sliced mangoes and yogurt. Repeat the layers and top it off with sliced mangoes. Chill for 3-5 hours. Enjoy!
*Makes 2 glasses per recipe.
