Attending this workshop is an invaluable step towards fostering their growth, allowing them to provide effective and empathetic support. The Guidance, Counseling, and Testing Office (GCTO) wrapped up an amazing Special Days event that had fun, connection, and support, collaborating with the Avis Peer Facilitatorsโ€™ Guild!

Our campus filled with energy from May 8 to May 16 as students explored our exciting booths. Many enjoyed the cinematic experience at CINEMIND while grabbing delicious treats at our FOOD BOOTH. Thoughts and inspirations flowed freely on our FREEDOM WALL, and captured memories at our PHOTOBOOTH. Also, featured adorable MAKEUP ACCESSORIES!

A huge shoutout to everyone who visited the Guidance, Counseling, and Testing office on the 3rd Floor and participated in making these days so special. Your enthusiasm and support made it a success!

With hearts full of compassion and a shared mission to make a difference, the WCC ATC Guidance, Counseling & Testing Office, in partnership with the Peer Facilitator Guild, Psychology Society, and AMT โ€“ 4th Year Students, successfully held an unforgettable outreach program entitled โ€œConnecting Hearts: Special Day with Our Friends with Autismโ€ last April 29, 2025, at the Guanella Center โ€“ Home of Special Children.

This special day was filled with joy, learning, meaningful conversations, and touching moments shared with our friends with autism. The laughter, warm hugs, and beaming smiles from the children reminded us all of the power of connection, acceptance, and compassion.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all the generous donors, sponsors, and kind-hearted individuals who made this meaningful event possible. Your unwavering support allowed us to share love, bring happiness, and make a lasting impact on these children's lives.

On April 24, 2025, the Guidance, Counseling, & Testing Office of WCC ATC - North Manila proudly hosted a successful and impactful road safety seminar titled "๐‘๐ข๐๐ž ๐’๐ฆ๐š๐ซ๐ญ, ๐’๐ญ๐š๐ฒ ๐’๐š๐Ÿ๐ž: ๐€๐๐ฏ๐จ๐œ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ ๐Ÿ๐จ๐ซ ๐˜๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐  ๐‘๐ข๐๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ."

Spearheaded by our passionate Guidance Advocate, Ms. Ericka Villavelez, the event featured the esteemed ๐‘ด๐’“. ๐‘ฎ๐’‚๐’ƒ๐’“๐’Š๐’†๐’ ๐‘ฎ๐’, Head of the Special Operations Group of the MMDA, as our guest speaker.

A remarkable total of 866 students voluntarily attendedโ€”many of whom were genuinely inspired by Mr. Goโ€™s educational vlogs and his commitment to enforcing the law with fairness and integrity. His presence and message sparked motivation and awareness in our young riders, encouraging them to make smarter, safer choices on the road.

Held on April 22, 2025, our recent Gender-Sensitivity Seminar, "My Voice, My Change: A Student's Role in Promoting Gender Sensitivity," offered a valuable and insightful experience for all aviators. This meaningful seminar educated students on gender equality, leading to a better understanding of the topic, greater awareness of key issues, clearer knowledge of relevant laws, and an exploration of how students can effectively promote inclusivity.

We extend our deepest gratitude to our incredible speaker, Police Corporal Jemima Joyce G. Daquioag, for generously sharing her invaluable knowledge, expertise, and truly inspiring insights.

The Guidance, Counseling, and Testing Office (GCTO) want to express our sincere appreciation to the management, deans, JHS & SHS coordinator, instructors, and, of course, our amazing students for their unwavering support and active participation.
