Ms. Irish Manlangit and Ms. Hanna Gamit, our guidance advocates, gained valuable knowledge, insights, and the opportunity to attend the three-day workshop about 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗼𝗼𝗿 by the 𝗨𝗴𝗮𝘁 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻❟ 𝗜𝗻𝗰. at the Social Development Complex, Ateneo de Manila University, Quezon City.

Attending this workshop is an invaluable step towards fostering their growth, allowing them to provide effective and empathetic support. The knowledge gained will directly turn into tangible benefits for our students, enabling our guidance advocates to offer psychological first aid & counseling that addresses specific needs and empowers them to overcome obstacles.

This commitment to professional development ensures our guidance team is even better prepared to nurture our students’ well-being and academic success. ✨

The Guidance, Counseling, and Testing Office (GCTO) wrapped up an amazing Special Days event that had fun, connection, and support, collaborating with the Avis Peer Facilitators’ Guild!

Our campus filled with energy from May 8 to May 16 as students explored our exciting booths. Many enjoyed the cinematic experience at CINEMIND while grabbing delicious treats at our FOOD BOOTH. Thoughts and inspirations flowed freely on our FREEDOM WALL, and captured memories at our PHOTOBOOTH. Also, featured adorable MAKEUP ACCESSORIES!

A huge shoutout to everyone who visited the Guidance, Counseling, and Testing office on the 3rd Floor and participated in making these days so special. Your enthusiasm and support made it a success!

Join us in making a meaningful impact through CINEMIND, a special fundraising initiative proudly organized by the Peer Facilitators Guild and the Guidance Office. This event isn’t just about watching movies—it’s about coming together as a community to support programs that promote student mental health, personal growth, and campus well-being. 🎥🍿

CINEMIND will run from May 8–9 and 12–16, 2025, at Room 301. We will check attendees' class schedules, and only those with free periods will be able to attend the cinema. Enjoy a line-up of value-laden and carefully selected films while contributing to a cause that truly matters.
