Screen Today, Save Tomorrow!

The FREE CERVICAL CANCER SCREENING conducted today was a great success as we continue to advocate for women’s health and the importance of early detection in our community.

Our heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Nonoy Severo for sharing his expertise and valuable insights with the participants. We also extend our sincere thanks to Former Municipal Councilor Jonathan Azutillo, who delivered an inspiring message on behalf of Mayor Diano SJ. Ibardaloza, Jr. and Hon. Neal Deleña, for their continuous support to our health programs.

This activity would not have been possible without the dedication of Ma’am Salve Camacho, NonCom Coordinator, together with the hardworking MHO Staff and HRH, whose efforts ensured the smooth and successful conduct of the event.

Most importantly, thank you to all the participants who took the time to listen, learn, and prioritize their health by getting screened today. Your participation helps strengthen our community’s fight against cervical cancer.

📢 FREE CERVICAL CANCER SCREENING TOMORROW!

RHU Camaligan invites all women to participate in our Free Cervical Cancer Screening. 💗

We will start with a short orientation and discussion at Wharf, Sto. Domingo at 8:00 AM, followed by the screening at RHU Camaligan.

Take care of yourself and encourage your mothers, sisters, and friends to join. Screening is free and could save lives.

Great news for Camaligan! 🎉

Yesterday, RHU Camaligan was officially recognized as a YAKAP PhilHealth Accredited Facility — another step toward bringing accessible and quality healthcare closer to every Camaligueño.

Our heartfelt gratitude to Mayor Diano Ibardaloza Jr. and Doc Nonoy Severo for their unwavering support to our health programs. Special thanks as well to Ma’am Jocelyn Agomaa, our hardworking PhilHealth Point Person, for her dedication and continuous efforts that made this possible. 👏

We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to the PhilHealth representatives for taking the time to visit and inspect our facility to ensure that RHU Camaligan is truly YAKAP-ready. Your guidance and support are greatly appreciated.

We now invite all Camaligueños to register as YAKAP members at RHU Camaligan.
Please don’t forget to bring your PhilHealth ID when you visit the RHU.

We encourage all eligible women to take advantage of this free and important screening for early detection and prevention of cervical cancer.

Sa maabot na Marso 20, 2026 magkakaigwa po kita nin libreng cervical cancer screening na gigibuhon sa RHU Camaligan.

Iniimbitaran mi po kamo na mag paeksamin asin mag partisipar an gabos na kababaihan edad 30-49.

Para sa iba pang impormasyon asin kahaputan manungod sa aktibidad na ini, mag duman nalang sa RHU Camaligan o sa saindong Barangay Health Station.

👀 School-Based Deworming | Sua Elementary School

A successful Mobile Blood Donation (MBD) Drive was held yesterday at the Camaligan People’s Center, collecting a total of 83 bags of blood to help save lives. ❤️

Our heartfelt gratitude to Sir Apollo A. Ilo, RN, Blood Program Coordinator, for spearheading this initiative in partnership with the Bicol Medical Center Blood Bank.

This meaningful event would not have been possible without the unwavering support of Dr. Francisco B. Severo IV, MHO, and Mayor Diano S.J. Ibardaloza Jr.

❤️ This Valentine’s Day, Love Your Heart the Most! ❤️

Habang ipinapakita natin ang pagmamahal sa ating pamilya, kaibigan, at mga mahal sa buhay, huwag din nating kalimutang alagaan ang ating sariling puso.
Ang tunay na pagmamahal ay nagsisimula sa pag-aalaga sa sarili. 💖
Simple pero makapangyarihang paraan para mapanatiling healthy ang puso:
• Kumain ng masustansyang pagkain 🥗
• Mag-ehersisyo ng hindi bababa sa 30 minuto araw-araw 🚶‍♂️
• Iwasan ang paninigarilyo at sobrang alak 🚭
• Magpacheck-up at mag-monitor ng blood pressure ❤️‍🩹
• Bawasan ang stress at matulog nang sapat 😌
Sa araw ng mga puso, piliin nating magmahal nang mas matagal — alagaan ang ating kalusugan para mas marami pang Valentine’s Day ang maipagdiwang kasama ang ating mga mahal sa buhay.

Earlier today, the Municipal Health Office team convened for a productive staff meeting headed by Francisco B. Severo, IV, MD. We were also honored by the presence of Ma’am Josephine P. Batalla, RN, MAN, DMO IV, who shared valuable insights and guidance to further strengthen our health programs.

Together, we continue working toward making healthcare delivery for Camaligueños more accessible, responsive, patient-centered, and efficient—ensuring that every family in our community receives the quality care they deserve. 💙
