The RHU Camaligan is now officially accredited as an Adolescent-Friendly Facility 🏥✨ — a recognition given by Ma’am Stephanie Lee Mira, Adolescent Friendly Health Facilty (AFHF) Coordinator from the Provincial Health Office.

This milestone wouldn’t be possible without the dedication and hard work of our Adolescent Program Coordinator, Ms. Mary Cristy San Juan, and the unwavering support and guidance of LGU Camaligan headed by Mayor Diano Ibardaloza Jr., our Municipal Health Officer, Doc Nonoy Severo, and DOH Representative, Ma’am Josephine Batalla 💙👏.

🌾Nutrition Month 2025 Celebration — A Resounding Success! 🌾

Held last July 29, 2025, the Nutrition Month 2025 Celebration brought the community together in promoting this year’s vital theme: "Food at Nutrition Security Maging Priority! Sapat na Pagkain, Karapatan Natin!". The event was a meaningful reminder that access to safe, nutritious, and sufficient food is a basic right of every Filipino.

We are deeply grateful for the unwavering support of Municipal Mayor Diano SJ. Ibardaloza Jr., whose leadership continues to inspire community-driven health programs. We also extend our heartfelt thanks to Municipal Councilor Hon. Neal Deleña for his continued involvement and encouragement, and to our ever-dedicated Municipal Health Officer, Doc Francisco B. Severo IV, whose guidance remains vital to the success of our health initiatives.

Special appreciation also goes to our committed MNAO, Ma’am Josie F. Demesa, whose hard work and coordination were instrumental in the success of the celebration. Our sincere thanks to the Barangay Nutrition Scholars (BNS) from the different barangays, and the reliable RHU staff who worked tirelessly behind the scenes.

Most of all, we thank the parents and children who participated actively and wholeheartedly. Your energy, involvement, and presence made the event even more vibrant and impactful.

🚨 DOH: ‘WAG GUMAMIT NG DOXYCYCLINE NANG WALANG RESETA🚨

Ang doxycycline ay isang antibiotic na ginagamit laban sa Leptospirosis.

Kapag mali ang pag-inom, pwedeng mawalan ito ng bisa laban sa mga mikrobyo at maging mas mahirap gamutin ang simpleng impeksyon. Pwede itong humantong sa matagal o mas matinding pagkakasakit.

Nakadepende ang pag-inom ng doxycycline sa exposure o risk level ng taong nalubog sa baha.

Payo ng DOH, magpatingin sa doktor para sa tamang reseta sa paggamit ng antibiotic na ito.

Successful 2-Day in Camaligan! 🎉

Held last May 30–31, a total of 182 boys were safely and successfully circumcised during the mission—big thanks to our awesome partner, Beta Sigma Fraternity – Camarines Sur Assembly! 💪

Massive shoutout as well to our dedicated volunteer doctors, nurses, nursing students from NCF and MHO staff—this wouldn’t have been possible without you! 🙌
