The PPDOโ€“POPDEV Division, in partnership with FPOP, the Capas Municipal Health Office, and Brgy. Oโ€™Donnell Council conducted the Sexual and Reproductive Health Outreach Response Project aimed at sustaining and achieving zero unmet need for modern family planning through the strict implementation of the Responsible Parenthood and Reproductive Health Act.

This initiative provides free implant insertion, distribution of family planning commodities such as pills, condoms, and DMPA, as well as free HIV screeningโ€”bringing essential, accessible healthcare services closer to the community.
