The 𝗖𝗔𝗣𝗔𝗦 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲, in partnership with the 𝗝𝗕𝗟𝗠𝗚𝗛 𝗕𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁, 𝗔𝗚𝗔𝗣𝗘, and 𝗗𝗢𝗛-𝗛𝗥𝗛 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝗮𝘀, successfully conducted a blood donation activity.

26 November 2025 | City of Manila---- Buong pagmamalaki naming ibinabalita na ang Bayan ng Capas ay kinilala bilang isang National LGU Exemplar sa prestihiyosong 2025 SubayBAYANI Awards!

𝗔𝗻𝗼 𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗟𝗚𝗨 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗿?

Ang National LGU Exemplar ay isang mataas na pagkilala na ibinibigay ng Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) sa ilalim ng taunang SubayBAYANI Awards. Ibig sabihin nito, kinikilala ang isang Local Government Unit (LGU) dahil sa kanilang 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗮𝗴𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗽 𝗮𝘁 𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗸𝗼 𝘀𝗮 𝗸𝗮𝗵𝘂𝘀𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻 𝘀𝗮 𝗽𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗮 𝗻𝗴 𝗸𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗹𝗼𝗸𝗮𝗹 𝗻𝗮 𝗻𝗮𝘀𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗸𝘂𝗽𝗮𝗻.

Ang SubayBAYANI Awards ay pangunahing nakatuon sa Excellence in Infrastructure Governance. Ang pagiging Exemplar ay iginagawad sa mga LGU na nagpapatupad ng kanilang mga proyektong pinondohan ng lokal (LFPs) sa paraang 𝘀𝘂𝗺𝘂𝘀𝘂𝗻𝗼𝗱 𝘀𝗮 𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗸𝗮𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗮𝘀 𝗻𝗮 𝗽𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗻 𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆.

Sa madaling salita, ang 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗟𝗚𝗨 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗮𝘆 𝗶𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗮𝗴𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗹𝗮 𝘀𝗮 𝗵𝘂𝘀𝗮𝘆, 𝗸𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗻, 𝗮𝘁 𝗲𝗽𝗲𝗸𝘁𝗶𝗯𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗮𝗴𝗹𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗸𝗼𝗱 𝗻𝗴 𝗹𝗼𝗸𝗮𝗹 𝗻𝗮 𝗽𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗮𝗻.

Salamat sa walang sawang pagsisikap at dedikasyon ng lahat ng ating opisyales at empleyado ng LGU- Capas sa pangunguna ni Mayor Roseller "Boots" Rodriguez, Vice Mayor Alex C. Espinosa at ang buong Sangguniang Bayan ng Capas.

Ito ay patunay na ginagawa natin ang lahat para itaas ang antas ng serbisyo at pamamahala sa ating bayan. Mabuhay ang Capas!

𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐚 𝐬𝐚 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐬 𝐢𝐭𝐨. 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐭 𝐩𝐨.

Inilabas na po ng DILG ang listahan, at kasama ang 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐬 bilang isa sa mga awardees sa Region III para sa 2025 National SubayBAYANI Awards—ang pambansang pagkilala sa LGUs na may matibay na standards sa infrastructure governance.

Ang ibig sabihin nito:
consistent ang Capas sa quality, timeliness, at integrity ng projects; kompleto at tapat ang submissions; maayos ang supervision; at malinaw ang epekto ng mga ginagawa natin sa mga tao—mula sa safety, mobility, hanggang sa disaster-preparedness ng mga barangay.
