The Philippine Red Cross – Western Samar Chapter represented by Nova Palacio Tomenio - Casiño, Chapter Bookkeeper, participated in the 2nd Quarter Provincial Advisory Council (PAC) and Civil Society Organization (CSO) Meeting on June 27, 2025.

Organized by DSWD, the meeting served as a platform to strengthen collaboration with various CSOs in advancing inclusive and effective social welfare initiatives within the province.
