Hindi lang baga ang naapektuhan ng paninigarilyo—pati ang bato mo.
Mas mataas ang panganib ng sakit sa bato para sa mga naninigarilyo.
Sinisira ng ni****ne at ibang lason sa sigarilyo ang mga maliliit na daluyan ng dugo (blood vessels) sa bato. Dahil dito, lalong lumalala ang chronic kidney disease.
Tumigil sa paninigarilyo—para sa malusog na baga at bato.
Kausapin ang doktor o bisitahin ang health center para magpayo.

May diabetes? Alta presyon? Magpa-kidney test na!
Kung ikaw ay may lahing may sakit sa bato, may diabetes, o overweight — pa-check ka na. Mas maaga, mas ligtas.

Golden Rule #7 sa Kalusugan ng Bato: Iwasan ang Sobrang Pag-inom ng Gamot at Supplements!

Hindi lahat ng masakit ay pwedeng inuman ng pain-killer.

Maaring maging delikado ‘yan sa kidneys mo! Magpatingin muna bago uminom ng pain-killers o mga herbal na gamot.

🚨MGA IITLUGAN NG LAMOK, MAS MARAMI DAHIL SA ULAN; DOH 4T GAWING REGULAR KONTRA DENGUE🚨

Bahagyang tumaas ang kaso ng dengue sa unang dalawang linggo ng Hunyo. Mula 8,233 noong June 1-14, tumaas ito sa 10,733 pagdating ng June 15-28. Pinaghahandaan na ng DOH ang pagtaas sa kaso ng dengue dahil sa sunod sunod na pag-ulan at pagbaha nitong mga nakaraang linggo.

Paalala ng DOH na gawin ang 4Ts para walang pamahayan ang lamok dengue na aedes. Maging alerto matapos maipon ang ulan sa paligid at mga lalagyan kung saan nangingitlog ang lamok na ito.
