Pre-Workout Banana Smoothie
Ingredients:
▪️ 8 to 12 ounces of water or milk
▪️ 1 sachet of Santé Pure Barley Grass Powder
▪️ 1 big banana
▪️ 6 ice cubes
▪️ Optional: chia seeds and stevia powder
Steps:
1. Cut the big banana into slices.
2. Combine water, barley grass powder, banana, and ice cubes in a blender.
3. Mix for 30 seconds or until your desired consistency.
4. Add on chia seeds and stevia powder according to your taste.
