2. Consults will be conducted thru Messenger.
3. Payment for each consult will be settled thru GCASH before the consult. Kindly ask for Payment details, which will be given to you beforehand.
4. This online consultation platform is meant to provide medical advice for non-emergency and/or non-life threatening conditions ONLY. Should you feel that your patient has an emergency, please visit the nearest hospital for an immediate in-person medical attention.
5. This service is a remote consultation platform. As such, any medical advice, diagnosis, opinion and treatment provided to you is entirely dependent upon your complete honesty in providing details of your patient's current signs and symptoms and /or medical issues, complete medical history, disclosure of any and all medications used. By agreeing to use this platform, it is understood that you completely acknowledge that you do not believe that your patient is in an emergency/serious and life-threatening medical condition.
6. By being part of this group, any personal information you provide or share such as your name and profile may be viewed by other people. Dr. Pogoy shall not be liable for any unauthorized use by other people of the information you provide.
7. The doctor reserves the right to delete without any notice any posts that are abusive, obscene, illegal, disruptive and in non-conformity of the house rules.
