FATTY LIVER, Symptoms and TIPS on recovery!
Fatty liver is fat stored in liver cells and is usually found in those 40’s and 50’s.
Usually it is symptom-free but in some patients the liver is enlarged, cramps in the right side of the abdomen and is easily tired.
According to experts, fatty liver may be linked to obesity, high blood sugar or diabetes, high triglyceride and cholesterol. Other risk factors are PCOS or Polycystic o***y syndrome, hypothyroid and other diseases.
TIPS Correct food for fatty liver:
1. 👉🏽 Eat about 2 cups of vegetables and 2 cups of fruit a day. Preferably water melon, guyabano or dragon fruit ...
2. 👉🏽You can eat corn, potatoes, sweet potatoes, yams and cassava. Avoid eating white rice and bread. Black rice is recommended...
3. 👉🏽Protein from fish, mongo beans, meat, fat-free chicken, low fat milk, yogurt and soya milk are good in a minimal quantity.
4. 👉🏽Choose healthy fats like peanuts, cashews, garbanzos and olive oil. Avoid butter or cream, mayonnaise and sesame seeds.
5. 👉🏽 Maintain the right weight and exercise regularly.
6. 👉🏽Don't eat spicy foods and fried foods.
7. 👉🏽 Avoid drinking alcohol and sweet drinks. (soda & energy drinks)
8. 👉🏽 The most important thing is to do total cleansing/detox.
