Jurisvet Group of Pet Emergency Hospitals welcomes Dr. Sean Evan Javier to its Team Calamba!

Dr. Sean is a member of the University of the Philippines College of Veterinary Medicine Class of 2022.

Dr. Sean is very eager to meet all our clients and patients in Calamba and its nearby towns and cities. He has extensive experience in small animal medicine having worked with small animal hospitals. We have no doubt that his competence will add value to Team Calamba as it aims to provide quality veterinary care to our patients.

Please have your pets vaccinated.

The Department of Health (DOH) has recorded 426 rabies-related deaths in 2024, highlighting the urgent need for pet vaccinations and public awareness of rabies prevention.

According to the DOH, 193 cases (45%) resulted from bites or exposure to domestic pets, with 41% of cases linked to unvaccinated animals. Additionally, 56% involved animals with uncertain rabies vaccination status.
