Job Title: Accounting and Finance Staff
Salary Range: 13,000- 16,000

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle banking transactions and manage company cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with government regulatory requirements (do onsite and offsite work as needed)
- Monitor and update accounting records, organize financial documents, and assist with audits.
- Support employee relations by participating in events and performing general clerical and bookkeeping tasks.
- Participate in and facilitate training sessions to promote professional development.

Please note that once hired, you will be required to attend a 10-day training program, scheduled from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Part- time schedule available: 5PM- 10PM and 5PM- 9PM

JOB TITLE: Back Office Assistant Manager (with at least 5 years experience)
SALARY RANGE: PHP 40,000 - PHP 45,000

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
To report directly to the Back Office Manager.
Facilitate Human Resource, ADM (Procurement, Warehousing, Maintenance and Facilities), IT, and Accounting related initiatives and concerns.
Support in developing and implementing programs and policies to meet business/corporate goals.
Handle employment-related inquiries from all stakeholders.
Support line manager with grievance, disciplinary, and capability investigations and hearings.
Oversee employee onboarding, including preparation of offer letters, contract signing, orientation, and training coordination.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Must possess excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong knowledge on labor laws and HR practices.
Familiarity with PEZA reporting and compliance.
Knowledgeable in Purchasing, Warehousing, Maintenance and Facilities.
With BOSH certification is an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint) and AI tools.
At least 5 years of experience in Supervisory and Leadership Roles (preferred).
