Pero paalala lang, Momshies! 💡
Lingaw, cute ug nindot gyud tan-awon ang chubby ug bug-at nga baby, pero naa gihapon kini'y mga risgo nga dapat nato bantayan.

⚠️ Mga posibleng komplikasyon sa mga macrosomic (bug-at) nga babies:
🔸 Pagkabuslot sa matris (Uterine rupture)
🔸 Labis nga pagdugo human manganak (Postpartum hemorrhage tungod sa uterine atony)
🔸 Taas nga tsansa nga ma-CS (Caesarean section) tungod sa kalisod sa normal delivery
🔸 Shoulder dystocia – delikado kung maipit ang abaga o liog sa baby
🔸 Posibilidad sa injury sa mama ug sa baby panahon sa panganak
🔸 Hypoglycemia o low blood sugar sa bata pagkahuman matawo

📌 Para malikayan kini, ani ang mga health tips para sa mga buntis:
✔️ Regular nga prenatal check-up
✔️ Monitor sa timbang sa baby gamit ang ultrasound
✔️ Kaon og husto sundon ang saktong timbang ug pagkaon– likay sa sobrang tam-is
✔️ Bantayi ang blood sugar level labi na kung diabetic ka

🤰🏻👶🏼 Alang sa luwas nga pagpanganak, ampingan nato ang panlawas ni mommy ug baby. Education is protection!
