✨RULES & GUIDELINES✨
🪷Purchase the challenge entry of 2,500 PHP.
🪷Complete 30 sessions (mat or aerial) within your 30-day window.
🪷Post proof of every session on Instagram or Facebook (story or feed) with the hashtag
🪷Must share at least one official Mindful Yoga post about the 30-Day Challenge.
🪷 Must follow our official Mindful Yoga Social accounts
🪷All posts must be made within your personal 30-day timeframe.
🪷Screenshot proof is required to claim prizes.
🪷One person = one entry only.
🪷Posts must show clear participation (selfie, yoga mat, class environment, instructor tags, etc.).
