RED FLAGS in DENGUE FEVER
• Clinical deterioration with settling of fever
• Inability to tolerate oral fluid
• Severe abdominal pain/vomiting
• Cold clammy extremities
• Bleeding manifestations including inter-menstrual bleeding or menorrhagia
• Not passing urine for >6 hours
• Behavioural changes: confusion, restlessness, lethargy, imitability
