Hydrating Citrus Water with Essential Oils. So easy. So refreshing. Perfect for these hot, sticky days.

Here’s how I make mine:
🍋 1 drop of Lemon+ essential oil
💦 Add to a glass or stainless tumbler filled with cold water
🌿 Optional: 1 drop of Peppermint+ for that icy, energizing twist

That’s it. No sugar, no fuss. Just clean flavor and a little wellness boost in every sip.

Whew! What a week — and it’s still a pretty hectic weekend.
So I’m diffusing this blend right now because I badly need a reset… but also need to keep going.

💧 Stress Away – to calm my nerves and soften the edges of a full day
🍊 Orange – to lift my mood and bring a little lightness to the room
🌲 Cedarwood – to help me focus and stay grounded while still moving forward

This blend gives me the breather I need in the middle of all the moving parts.
I’ve learned that taking care of myself doesn’t always mean stopping — sometimes it just means creating small pockets of peace, even when life stays busy.
