I DON'T CELEBRATE MY BIRTHDAY...
this is my come back to writing...

Why I don't celebrate my birthday...
August. The month of ghosts. My birthday month is a parade of ghosts—ghosts of struggles, pain, and broken promises. While others get excited for parties and celebrations, I brace myself for the return of a past that has haunted me my entire life.
Every year, my birthday brings an almost daily dose of pain that seems to only lift when the month finally ends.
.. because Au-GHOSTS reminds me of the ghosts that haunts me before and after my birthday.
..lola Adeling meet me on my birthday to tell me that she has pancreatic cancer..lolo Kulas died before my birthday..papa Gil was diagnosed of cancer week before my birthday..I was cheated so many times just days before my birthday

I don’t celebrate my birthday for the ghosts that have haunted it. I celebrate it for myself—alone. Because on my own, there is no pain or struggle, only a new beginning

But one thing I remember, that the first date in my Birth is just a trial and the second date was to move on and continue life every after trials. That’s why He allow me to recharge and recuperate even in my darkest moments through travel.

Your word, never ceases to amaze me, every year, every celebration, you reminded me of Your promises to me.

Romans 8:29-30
For those God foreknew to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brothers and sisters. and those he predestined, he also called; those he called, he also justified and those he justified, he also glorified.

I am called for God's purpose and to make my path straight, leave the baggages that will make my journey heavier than before. I am called for God's purpose, and all my sufferings and trials and problems are just preparation to what He has planned for me.

Revealing our FIRST Speaker at NCPC Malaysia 2025 – Dr. Daniel Seal, Clinical Psychologist & Director, Share Resolve, Malaysia.

With 23+ years of experience across London, Singapore, and Kuala Lumpur, he has lived in Malaysia for the past 13 years, working at the University of Malaya Medical Centre and Prince Court Medical Centre, while also volunteering with refugee-focused NGOs.

To address his observation that most Malaysians do not even consider turning to professionals to address mental health challenges, he founded

Share Resolve – a social enterprise that collaborates with local clinical psychologists to better adapt & integrate Western psychological approaches with Malaysia’s unique languages and cultures and provide more efficient support to the community through his session ‘Bridging Borders: Culturally Adapting Psychological Interventions for Malaysia’ – only at NCPC Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur on 23 October 2025.
