I've been unwell for 2 weeks already.

Event though we went for a vacation, di ko fully na enjoy yung mga food kasi andaming bawal.

When it comes to work, di rin maka function ng maayos.

I can't show up the way I wanted to kasi di talaga kaya physically. Dahil dun lalo pa ako naging anxious.

In addition to that, I've spent a lot for meds. Buti nalang may HMO kaya nakatulong sa fee at tests.

Ang aneurysm ay ang pagnipis at pag-lobo ng parte ng ugat o arteries sa utak na maaring sanhi ng infection, mataas na presyon at injury o trauma sa ulo. Nasa edad 30 hanggang 60 taong gulang ang timatamaan nito, at mas maraming babae.

Ang problema, kapag maliit pa ang aneurysm (less than 1 cm), wala pang mararamdamang symptoms pero kapag malapit na itong pumutok, diyan na nakararamdam ng matinding sakit ng ulo ang pasyente lalo na sa taas at likod ng mga mata kasama na pangingimay at panghihina ng muscles ng isang parte ng mukha. Pag nagkakaroon na ng leak at malapit nang pumutok, nagkakaroon na rin ng double vision, mas matinding sakit ng ulo, at nahihimatay.

Kapag naagapan, maraming nakaliligtas dito sa pamamagitan ng operasyon sa utak o minsan nga, sa artery na lang pinapadaan ang 'coil' para ma-repair ang aneurysm (endovascular coiling). Hindi na kailangang buksan ang ulo. Ang importante ay ma-diagnose ito nang maaga.

Pero sa ibang pasyente, clipping o operasyon na iki-clip ang ugat ng aneurysm (titanium clip) at kailangan buksan ang ulo.

Kayat huwag balewalain ang sakit ng ulo na patindi nang patindi at magpakonsulta agad.
