Pag may pwede namang i-automate, bakit hindi?

So nung nag-host ako, alam kong ayoko ng paulit-ulit na sagot.

Minsan, napaisip ako…

Ginusto ko naman ‘to — maging host.
Pero bakit parang ang bigat na?

Every day: same tanong, same chat, same stress.
Para akong nauubos.

Then I asked myself:
“What if hindi pala ako dapat sumagot ng lahat?”

Gumawa ako ng Digital Guest Book.
And everything changed.

Ngayon, I enjoy hosting again.

Dati, akala ko normal lang ‘yung abalahin kahit anong oras —
While cooking, habang nasa work, minsan nasa labas pa ako…

“Maam, may mag assist po ba pagdating namin?”
"Nasaan po ang susi"
"Pwede ba late check-out?”
“Saan pwede bumili ng tubig?”
"Ang Wifi password po?"
"Pwede po ba ang pets?"

Sa totoo lang?
Nakaka-drain.
Hindi ko na alam kung host pa ako o call center agent.

Until I created a Digital Guest Book.
Now I let the book answer for me — and it’s even better than chat.

✅ May tips na hindi ko nga maisip on the spot

Hosting became easier.
Guests became happier.

Naalala ko ‘yung first time ko sa Airbnb — bagong lugar, bagong experience.
Sobrang excited ako… pero kabado rin.
Simple lang gusto ko: clear instructions, helpful info, peace of mind.

Pero ang dami kong tinanong, ang tagal ng sagot.
Nawala yung excitement, napalitan ng inis.
Sayang.

Kaya nung ako na ang naging host, I knew what I had to do:
Make it effortless for the guest — lalo na yung first-timers.

Gumawa ako ng Guest Book.
Lahat ng kailangan, ready na: directions, food, places to see, house rules.

Hindi lang ito dagdag info —
✅ It’s confidence for the guest.
✅ It’s quiet nights for the host.

Pagod na ako.
Nakahiga na. Nakapikit na. Biglang:

Ping.

“Hi, mapapaaga po ang flight namin, pwede po early check in?”
“Paano na nga po ulit pumunta dyan?”

Gusto ko maging mabait. Pero gusto ko rin matulog.

I realized:
✅ Hindi masama maging responsive.
Pero mas masama kung hindi ka na makapahinga.

So I built a system.
Guest Book. Stylish. Simple. Complete.
Pag-check-in pa lang, guests know everything. Wala nang tanong.

Hindi lang ako Airbnb host —

I’m also a virtual assistant at sanay sa systems, shortcuts, at tools na nagpapadali ng trabaho.

At bilang mahilig din akong mag-travel at mag-Airbnb,
alam ko yung feeling ng excited sa biyahe, lalo na pag first time mo sa lugar.

Pero minsan, kahit excited ka, nafo-frustrate ka rin.

Yung simple lang na tanong:

“Saan pwedeng kumain malapit?”
“Paano sumakay papunta sa place nyo?”
“May grocery ba malapit?”

Tapos ang tagal ng reply ni host. 😩
Big deal 'yun — lalo na kung limited lang oras mo.

Kaya nung ako na ang naging host, sinabi ko sa sarili ko:
“Kung ako nga, nainis… paano pa kaya ang guest ko?”

So I created a Guest Book —
✔️ Stylish, complete, and super user-friendly
✔️ May tips, directions, food spots, rules — lahat na
✔️ Designed para mabasa agad ng guest without asking

As a VA, gusto ko ng system.
As a traveler, gusto ko ng clear info.
As a host, gusto ko ng happy guest at konting chat lang. 🙌

Ngayon, mas simple na ang hosting.
At mas confident pa akong i-welcome ang guests — kahit nasa trabaho ako o nasa biyahe din.

Kakatapos ko lang maghugas ng plato, akala ko tapos na ang araw ko.

Ping.
"Saan po may laundry?"

🙃 Hindi ko na mabilang kung ilang beses ko na sinagot 'yan.

Totoo naman — part ng pagiging host ang sumagot sa guest...
Pero kailangan ba talaga paulit-ulit?

Akala ko dati, mas “hands-on” ako pag palaging available.
Pero totoo? I was just burning out.

Hanggang isang araw, gumawa ako ng Guest Book.

Lahat ng info na kailangan ng guest —

🛒 Grocery spots
🛏️ House rules
— nilagay ko na.

Ayun, tahimik ang inbox.
Walang tanong.
Walang ulit-ulit.
Walang stress.

At ang pinaka-bonus?
Mas mataas ang reviews ko ngayon. Kasi daw “sobrang convenient.”

So kung ikaw ‘to...
Yung pagod na sa tanong,
pero ayaw din magmukhang suplado...

As a full-time virtual assistant and Airbnb host, I couldn’t keep up with the constant guest inquiries — so I automated everything through Facebook!

Dahil sobrang busy ko — minsan di ko na na-check yung FB page ko.

Buti na lang, na-automate ko na siya.
Now it replies to guests automatically —
like availability, rates, at booking link mismo.
Kahit tulog ako, guests can get what they need and book on their own.

Ang laking ginhawa!

Pag nakapag-book na sila, they get a link to my digital guest guidebook.
Andun na lahat: paano pumunta, check-in/out time, WiFi, house rules, at iba pa.
Super helpful for guests — and less hassle for me.
