As Phelan said, โ€œSuccessful weight loss is associated with a variety of health benefits.โ€ Maintaining a healthy weight can be challenging, but it can benefit you in several ways in the long run. Reaching your weight loss goal doesnโ€™t mean that the work is over. It requires discipline and consistency to maintain that weight. Did you know that even though one is obese, there are still ways to manage it. There is this simple tool called Body Mass Index that checks if your weight is within the optimal range. But it doesnโ€™t start there, it starts by setting goals and taking action.
